Size

They can take only a single UK mattress and add a range of useful pieces underneath. A lot of our midi cabin beds are available in a variety of colours, so you can choose the one that suits your child's bedroom most. Some even include a variety of bespoke storage unit. The desk can be moved between two units with wheels. There are also four storage drawers, and two cupboards that are equipped with doors. The Eli F takes it to the next level with doors that match the color of the head and foot board.
The Luna low-line loft bed or the midi-storage bed is small and includes everything you require. A ladder that can be rotated and a desk with wheels that slides into and out, and a three drawer cabinet and chest are all included. It can also be built in a reverse configuration such as with the ladder on the right side. Please ask in store or add this option to checkout.

Some midi loft bed s that have storage have the desk already built into the bunk (as as shown in the picture above) and others, like our Luna midi bunk come with a ladder positioned on the right-hand side, so that the desk can be placed at the left (please ask in store, on the phone or add this in the comments section when looking around in case this is important to you).
Most Midi loft beds require a standard UK Single mattress (3ft/90x190cm) and a wooden base. The cost of the bed doesn't include the mattress. We recommend looking at our mattress deals to find one that fits your budget.

Mattress
Most midi beds take standard UK single mattresses. The top bunk comes with a security rail for extra peace of mind. Some models come with a pull-out trundle drawer that can be used for sleepovers, or to add more storage space under the bed. These can be either open or equipped with doors (please look at the product details for more details).
Many midi cabins come with a desk that can be moved from one level to another, or chests. This allows the children to have their own space to keep everything they own. This also means they don't need to take up valuable floor space with bulky shelving or wardrobes.
Some models have gone a step beyond with cabinets that are flush mounted, or even part of the headboard/footboard. This is ideal for storing toys and books.
